Travel AdministratorBrightonMonday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pmMy client is looking for an Travel Administrator with excellent attention to detail to join their lively and dedicated travel team based in Brighton. The key role for this position is to provide support to the Accounts Assistant and Management Team with regular administrative tasks.* To facilitate correspondence with clients and external/internal industry partners as directed* To assist with credit control, arranging monthly statement run, review of aged debt and chasing outstanding balances as required* Ensure invoices are raised (reviewed against supplier billing) in a timely manner, including reoccurring invoices to client* To facilitate internal team communications, minute taking, online document publication, filing.* Raising any discrepancies or issues with sales and purchase invoices to Accounts Assistant or Manager and relevant suppliers to resolve* Must have excellent organisational skills & the ability to accurately work to processesThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the processes of a corporate agency and have excellent interpersonal skills.
