This exciting opportunity is a full time position and your role will be to provide first line support to customer enquiries and any correspondence. You will be confident on the telephone in order to question customers to see if they are eligible for your services and direct them through to the relevant team member. Other duties will include: Providing business adviceResponding to general enquiries.Offering grants and checking eligibility.Conducting research on companiesConducting research on companiesManaging a portfolio of companiesMaintaining strong customer service throughoutOther administration tasks as required The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
