Polish and 1EU Customer Service Administrator
Our client based in Camberley, Surrey are currently recruiting for a Polish speaking Customer Service Administrator on an initial 6 month temporary contract. Successful candidates will also be required to speak an additional European language preferably either German, Russian or Hungarian in order to be successful for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES To leverage communication and influencing skills in relation to order management, to maximise the customer case fill (and on time delivery if appropriate) in line with departmental and customer targets.Ensure integrity in the use of rejection reason codes assigned to orders, to ensure alignment with customer KPIs.Performance reporting.To work closely with other members of the customer Fulfilment team, as well as the Associate Manager to provide outstanding service to all customersTo maximise collaborative ways of working with trade customers through analysis, and communicating recommendations to benefit the business.To build strong collaboration with our partners in the local business to drive commercial and supply chain initiatives.To professionally manage stock allocations together with the centralised team, in line with local sales & supply chain teams' expectations in low or out of stock situations.To ensure the effective management of new product listings and delists into customers through liaison with the local sales & logistics service providers.Root cause analysis & recommendation of solutions to prevent recurrenceSupported by promotional grids, to work closely with local sales teams and customers to ensure the professional management of customer promotions/other trade eventsEnsure the accurate and smooth processing of customer ordersEnsure accurate master data (Customer & Material Data) in SAPTo deliver ongoing efficiency & effectiveness improvements to the order management activity using lean tools and methodologies.
