The RoleReporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the UK new business team and be the key player to ensure the company meets its set targets. You will co-operate with the Group marketing team and ensure relevant materials are used for all new business and marketing activities. You will furthermore be responsible for the following:Generate leads to contribute to the department's multi-million income targetCo-operate with the Operations and Training teams to articulate commercial prospectsCreate and implement tactical and strategic targetsWork within tight deadlines Manage the whole pitch process and sales pipelineCreate pre-qualification questionnaires, RFI's and ITT submissionsBe creative and strategic about every pitch and be an influential professional within the groupThe Ideal CandidateWe're looking for an experienced new business professional who has a great commercial and strategic mindset. You must be experienced in delivering new business and have a proven track record of delivering commercially sustainable growth through the winning of contracts through tendering and negotiation.
