Senior Client Services/Senior Account Manager/Customer Services/Sittingbourne/GBP35k + bonuses There will be travel involved to visit clients and therefore a driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.We are currently working alongside this highly successful business with their main office based near Sittingbourne, Kent.The role reports into the Client Services Director and is a pivotal role within the business and has become available due to relocation.Working as part of a team, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining industry leading levels of client satisfaction across a wide base of existing and new clients predominantly in retail and charity. We are looking for a confident, persuasive Key Account Manager who has a strong, professional demeanor and a proven ability to create, maintain and enhance client relationships. As a highly driven individual, you will have significant impact on the overall value and future success of the business. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile and dynamic environment and be more than capable of making good business decisions based on ROI (return on investment) and risk assessment. You should be deeply knowledgeable about the market, customers, competitors and understand the importance of having the right products in the right place at the right time. You will also be able to demonstrate that you can win business on value-add and not simply on price. Effective communication skills and a flexible approach to work are essential to this role as well as delivering a first class,s professional and high quality service on behalf of all clients.Main Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a portfolio of large, key clients and for delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs. Manage numerous clients at different stages of the customer lifecycle with easeMaintain a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generationResponsible for the on-boarding of clientsWriting and presenting proposals to prospective clients - having identified growth opportunitiesAble to implement new products and services and have the ability to project manageTarget driven - the role requires year on year growthTo ensure statistical information is produced, collated and analysedHave the ability to network with clients and communicate via all channels, meetings, events, focus groups.
