SOUS CHEF- upto GBP30,000 My client is looking for people who are dynamic, confident and ambitious; people who excel in their role. Currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. The responsiblities of the position include deputising the management of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, to contribute to the production of food items in accordance with instructions for the Head Chef, as well as ensuring the kitchen is maintained to a high standard at all times. The ideal candidate is likely to have previous experience in hotels and banquetting, be able to demonstrate initiative and deliver great service consistently. This candidate will also be able to demonstrate the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, have detailed knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety legislation and be flexible to work over a 7 day period.
