Duties include - • Leads the creation of the brand annual calendar which is the blueprint for execution across markets encompassing Innovations, Brand message, Social themes, Partnership profiles • Guides the deployment of the brand toolkits for Communication assets into markets by working hand in hand with the country marketing teams • Supports the customer teams, developing Customer toolkits incl merchandise recommendations as well as accompanying the customer teams in key customer presentations • Works effectively across the marketing function to guide timings of delivery as well as creating assets where relevant; esp in social/partnership space and in working with the in-house design team • Creates community to share best practice to strengthen impact and increase return on investment of the brands work • Lands plans into the UK market place providing proof of principle for all toolkits • Focuses on the result looking for continuous improvement in how the brand operates in communication channels as well as in customer channels • Analyze sales data and consumer insight to help shape the future strategy as well as improve and evolve future toolkits. • Help to ensure that marketing communication within the company between different departments is optimized The successful candidate will be: • Someone with a strong bias for action and desire to get results • Good media and customer understanding • Experience working with a range of markets, USA experience is desirable • Experience working for or with customers (pref prestige) Ideally in fmcg, retail, apparel or beauty • Analytical, methodical and an eye for detail • Ability to work well and deliver through others • 6-7 years of B2C marketing experience The company offer a strong career opportunity, a friendly working environment and an excellent salary / benefit package.
