Account Manager / Business Manager / Relationship Manager - Contact CentresCommutable from Derby, Loughborough, Tamworth, Nottingham & Bourton upon Trent Our Client is a large outsourced contact centre provider with a portfolio of High Profile clients. They are looking to recruit an experienced Business Manager to join the team at their Midlands SiteWe are looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic individual with previous Contact Centre Operational and Account Management Experience. The successful individual will have exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills as the role involves managing not just the operational call centre function but also the on-going relationship between the Client and the Organisation. The role will involve:??Day to day operational management of service delivery for a multi-channel customer services team with responsibility for ensuring KPI, SLA are commercial targets are adhered to ??Day to day management of client relationships, liaising daily with client contacts to respond to queries, requests for information etc??Planning and forecasting of volume activity, resource requirements and commercial delivery??Engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards are consistently high??Experience of delivering process and service efficiencies to a clearly prioritised plan and within budget.Essential Functional Skills/Experience??Minimum 2 years' call centre experience mid to senior management level ??Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.??Be commercially focused??An understanding of margin contribution models, and the management of these??The ability to plan, coordinate and communicate activities across the departments on a daily basis and the flexibility to adapt to and manage changing and unexpected situationsSalary - GBP35 - 45000 DOE + Excellent BenefitsCandidates that are short-listed will be contacted within 7 working DaysKey Words Account Manager, Business Manager, Team Manager, Client Services Manager, Call Centre Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Operations Manager
