Recruiting for one of the largest and most creative organisations in London requires a high degree of analysis. Where are candidates coming from? The role of Recruitment M I Analyst has been created by our recruitment partner to look at its ATS systems and gather the data to streamline this data. So what's in it for you? The individual sought will be a graduate with experience of producing and delivering scheduled Recruitment MI reports, in addition you will also manage regular recruitment systems audits. To be considered you will ideally have experience of MI and data analytics specific to the Kenexa ATS system, or similar large ATS system.
