Residential Service Charge Accountant

Experienced Service Charge Accountant required at an established property management company based in Central London. This successful property management business is currently seeking a service charge accountant to join their flourishing finance team. Our client is seeking an experienced service charge accountant to join their team managing their Prime London residential portfolio. The role will include the following duties: Managing service charge accounts for a residential property portfolioYear-end service charge accounts reconciliationsRegular bank reconciliationsSetting up new properties on to the property management systemProduction of Landlord statements an ad hoc basisMaintaining service charge year-end control sheets The client will be looking for candidates to demonstrate the following: At least 3 years working within service charge accountingAbility to work well within a team as well as independentlyCandidates that are AAT qualified and/or ACCA part-qualified are preferredExperience with QUBE is strongly preferred for this position If this sounds like a role that you would be interested in and you fit the bill then apply now.
