An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented HR Advisor to join an expanding professional services firm. This fantastic role will be based in the firm's Liverpool offices and will involve providing HR guidance to managers across the UK. Day-to-day you'll proactively advise on effective solutions across a range of HR policies and procedures, providing expert generalist support and working with the HR Manager on a range of business critical projects. Duties will include: Being the first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employeesImplementing a clear working knowledge of employment lawProvide sage advice to the management team across the UKLeading the training and development programme for employeesEnsuring all data and policies are upto date and correctly recorded This is a career building role best suited to an ambitious HR professional looking to make a name for themselves within a respected organisation. To be considered you will need at least 2-years' experience in an HR support role, excellent communication skills and the confidence to provide advice to members of staff at all levels.
