Site Manager

An internationally renowned construction company, are working with Setsquare Taunton to recruit two Site Managers involved in the Internal fit out of a Student Accommodation project in South Wales. Applicants will ideally possess a background in all aspects of internal finishing, including 1st and 2nd fix of either apartments or housing. You will be managing all aspects of on site trade including plaster boarding/joinery. A carpentry background would be highly beneficial. A Site/Construction Manager with commercial awareness able to follow and manage a highly charged site and detailed programming schedule are encouraged to apply. Due to the scale and scope of the organisation there are multiple opportunities for advancement and further work after the initial 12 months. As the Site/Section Manager you will be reporting to the on site Project Manager, with the support of a commercial team.
