Weekend Listener

Our client is looking for someone to work on a listening station over the weekend on a rota basis, initially Saturday but this could change subject to business needs. You will be working with a lovely team where you will be required to listen in whilst the customer is making a payment, take down certain information and transfer any calls if need be to the customer service department to assist. Although the role will be repetitive, they do require people with good attention to detail and who are reliable and happy to commit to the shifts on a weekly basis.
