Coffee Shop Manager - Catering - fixed term contract

This company currently has an exciting opportunity for a Coffee Shop Manager to join their team in Bedford on a fixed term basis. Reporting to the Store Manager, responsibilities include:
- Leading by example and championing their company values
- Staff management including recruitment and coaching
- Organising the catering team to prepare, present and serve food to the best standard
- Ensuring all requirements and regulations are adhered to
- Ensuring all department administration complies with company procedure

The skills and experience you will need to be a Coffee Shop Manager include:
- A proven track record in a similar environment
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communicator

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
