As a Generalist HR Advisor reporting to our Lead HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing a professional and effective HR service to the business. Accountable for the application of HR policies, procedures, collective agreements and legal requirements, as Generalist HR Advisor you'll co-ordinate and manage organisational changes and other employee-related issues aimed at achieving strategic business goals. Promoting business compliance with policy and regulatory requirements by ensuring that line management fully understand their responsibilities, you'll manage the relationship with the TSP Resourcing Team to ensure effective HR service delivery. In conjunction with other centres of HR expertise, the Generalist HR Advisor will also be involved in management development and employee relations, in addition to:
• HR systems management and development
• training and development, in conjunction with our T&D Co-ordinator.
Preferably educated to degree level, you're either CIPD-qualified or studying towards a qualification, with a proven HR generalist track record, underpinned by a working knowledge of HR policy and procedure, processes and legislation. With a real grasp of HR needs within a professional services environment, you're an experienced and effective negotiator, communicator and relationship-builder with high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to manage change effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting demands, you have a strong drive for results and real customer focus. Your other attributes include:
