Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Scheme Manager to join their Older Peoples Services department at their scheme in Burton upon Trent. As a Scheme Manager you are responsible for carrying out a range of tasks to ensure the daily well-being of residents and the efficient running of the scheme.

£17,994 (full time equivalent) per annum after successful completion of probationary period
Hours: 23 hours per week, (Part Time)
Contract Type: Permanent

You will also be responsible for administering the scheme on a day to day basis, ensuring the security of the buildings, dealing with emergencies and ensuring maintenance and repairs are undertaken. As part of your duties you will assist residents to enable them to receive the necessary support to live independent lives within the wider community. The Role includes cleaning of the communal Lounge area.
