The Job: We are delighted to be assisting our client with their requirement for a Personnel Co-ordinator with Marine Experience for their very busy and professional and friendly team based in central Bristol. this role is all about finding the perfect candidates for clients on a unique basis both in the UK and around the world. Being efficient, focussed and quick when new vacancies arrive, your role will be to liaise with the candidates to ensure suitability and interest and ensure the client receives their details as soon as possible, it's a quick turnover as it's essential clients have the candidates immediately to fulfil their requirements. This role is mainly focussed on delivering an exceptional service to your candidates, keeping in touch with them and getting to know what is suitable for them and keeping in touch when you have assignments and also when you don't. You will be dealing with contractors who are based in the UK and abroad and working too, so it's fast paced. The job roles you would be filling will be really varied and it's also keen that you are able to understand the client requirements and send accurate information. The Person: This is a perfect role for someone who is currently working in recruitment and has gained marine experience. This is perfect for someone who is looking to step away from the new business development. It's important you have previous recruitment & marine experience and you'll be motivated by dealing with people and providing a customer focused serviced to your candidates.
