About the Opportunity

As a fast growing, global company, we're specifically looking for an IT Helpdesk and Support Engineer, to join our thriving, ambitious and fun Helpdesk team, based in Nottingham.

You will be talking with a variety of customers every day and providing technical support for our innovative hire software solutions, which are essential to the operations of businesses globally. The inspHire Helpdesk team is primarily responsible for ensuring that all customers have a great experience with the product, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a swift, professional and considerate manner.

As an IT Helpdesk and Support Engineer, you will not only be responsible for helping our customers with technical enquiries, but also ensuring we make the product as easy to use, reliable and fast as possible. You will work directly with the development and implementation teams to identify issues and find the root cause of problems, you will suggest areas for improvement and make recommendation based on customer's feedback.

Your Responsibilities

  • Help customers in the use of inspHire software and associated packages.
  • Manage and process Help desk cases.
  • Identify solutions to customer's technical problems.
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with our customers

What Experience and Skills do I require?

 

  • A passion for technology
  • Customer first attitude
  • Good people skills and ability to problem solve
  • Good IT skills with a minimum of 1 years' experience in an IT role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktop Editions).
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports, ideal but not essential.
  • Understanding of Sage Accounting Solutions, preferable but not essential.
