37.5 hours per week, 7am - 11am and 3pm - 6.30pm
As Edith Cavell enters an exciting phase in its development, the Governing Body wish to appoint a practical, ‘hands on' non-residential site manager who takes pride in their work and can manage the school premises in order to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance, whilst at the same time ensuring a safe learning environment for our children.
The role includes monitoring a continuing programme of building maintenance, ensuring health & safety requirements are met, being responsible for site security, carrying out routine maintenance,obtaining quotes for repairs, monitoring sub-contractors and liaising with school staff when required.
The position will be subject to a DBS check and the applicant also needs to have basic computer skills e.g. Word & Excel.
