As part of our exciting expansion we are opening a new primary SEMH provision for 6 pupils, commissioned by Bedford Borough Council, which will focus on early intervention for pupils with an EHCP.  The ideal candidates will have experience of working with children and young people with social, emotional and/or mental health difficulties. The ability to establish and maintain good relationships with challenging pupils is important.  Recent experience or a genuine passion for working in an SEMH environment is essential.  Appropriate training will be provided. These are fixed term/temporary posts in the first instance.

The ideal candidate must have strong classroom management skills and the ability to provide a creative and challenging learning environment to support children with complex needs.
