Superb opportunity for enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated retentions advisors to join this well established and expanding team, working in the personal insurance sector. Superb earning opportunities available along with excellent promotional and progression opportunities! The role will involve outbound calls to customers where direct debits have ceased, with the view to reinstate the direct debit, or discuss and review more suitable options for personal insurance. You will carry out an income and expenditure review, and explain the benefits of not allowing insurance policies to lapse, and the implications of cancelling the policy, therefore objection handling skills are required, along with the ability to build rapport and empathise with the customer to retain the business. Ideally you will have experience in either retentions in any industry or credit collections, a personable and professional approach and the ability to persuade customers to retain their policies. Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5pm. Salary GBP16k with bonus - OTE GBP500 per month.
