Key Stage 1 / KS1 NQT Person Specification:
This post requires an inventive and passionate Key Stage 1 / KS1 NQT who has a 'Good' or better record from observations in the classroom and an engaging teaching style. You will be a Key Stage 1 / KS1 NQT who can augment the individualism and creativity expressed within the works of the pupils in your class. The ideal Key Stage 1 / KS1 NQT will provide a good concept of the balance between bringing discipline and allowing creativity to flow in the classroom.
About the Key Stage 1 / KS1 NQT Role:
As a Key Stage 1 / KS1 NQT you will be taking charge of a class based on your skills and experience. The school favours a creative approach to teaching, where all pupils within a class are given the same access to learning. The school is therefore searching for a Key Stage 1 / KS1 NQT who can create an inclusive atmosphere within the classroom and has a holistic approach to teaching. Training and development within the role is extensive, with NQTs will be supported through the school's tested induction programme and supported by the Headteacher.
