A Customer Service Advisor is required on a Permanent basis in Chorley, Lancashire. GBP15500 per annum Your new companyYou will be working for market leading organisation based in Chorley who provide a wide range of products to a large customer base.Your new roleYou will be working as part of a Customer Service team where you will be required to provide first class Customer Service to both new and existing customers over the phone. You will predominantly deal with inbound calls and will update in house systems with details and payments where applicable. You will be dealing with a range of queries such as: Order tracking, taking payments, providing advice and putting customers through to the correct team/department.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have a passion for Customer Service and pride yourself on providing quality customer service at all times. You will have worked within Customer Service in the past and you must be a committed, driven person who is interested in progressing within a career and organisation.What you'll get in returnYou will be paid GBP15500 per annum and will work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM.
