Typically you will possess significant experience within managerial roles, ideally in a retail environment and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and a solid sales approach. You are proactive, punctual and professional with a determination to succeed. Confidence and enthusiasm are essential for this role along with a passion for retail and being an excellent team player. Key duties: Take full responsibility of the store in the absence of the store manager.Build and establish a customer base and provide excellent service.Merchandising and visual displays.Administration duties.Stock control and rotation.Managerial duties such as recruitment, HR, policies and procedures.Represent the Company with high standards to enhance reputation and image.
