We are a small but fast growing telecommunications company that have evolved but using disparate systems over the past 5 or 6 years; in 2017 we’ll be launching a new subsidiary company and we’re looking for the first key member of the new team.

One of the first positions we’re looking to recruit for is a Sales Team Leader; this is a fantastic role that will tick all the boxes!

What do we want…??

You have extensive experience of selling in the telecommunications industry, in both the mobile and fixed line sectors, and understand the whole sales process from engagement through building bids, negotiation, sale, delivery and post-sale-support.  You know this whole game from the basics of how to speak on the phone, what to say and how to handle customer queries and objections, to how to set-up your day and be a successful sales person in this industry.  You know the whole lot from billing queries to SIM swaps, bolt-on’s and network issues.

You are a proactive and positive person, have a track record that you can point to on both you CV and demonstrate at interview at training and helping people develop in this industry.  Perhaps having worked for a Distributor in the past, or worked I a senior member of a small sales team, you have a pleasant manner, you are personable and unflappable, have drive and determination and be a team player.  Ideally you will have come from an armed services background or have links to the same.

Initially you’ll play a key role in helping document a clear sales process and procedure, before helping to recruit the new members of your team before and putting that team in to operation and designing and managing that success.

This is a fantastic opportunity to stamp your authority on a superb role and drive the success of a key team.  This is a job where you could leave a legacy.  Small team, great, passionate people and massive growth prospects.
