Up to 35kYour new company As part of a large multi-site organisation this team is responsible for providing HR advice to a large number of stakeholders within the county. Your new role You will be managing casework across a range of employee relations areas. Equally HR Adviser roles within the team require the adviser to manage their own project development activity across a range of areas, but this is not limited to employee relations and will include areas such as pay and recruitment. The key areas of responsibility within the role will be HR Strategy & Policy, ER, Relationship Management and Information and communication. The role is based four days a week in Abingdon and one day a week in an office location in Hampshire. What you'll need to succeed Previous HR experience is essential and some experience of casework would be advantageous. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to multi task effectively.
