CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS - PERMANENT POSITIONSStart Date - Monday 7th November Full paid training provided Interaction Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for Full Time customer care advisor's to join the UK's largest customer management company in their offices based in Petelee. Successful applicants will be working on behalf of a leading energy supplier to provide first class customer service and add value to existing customers current contracts. The role will involve you speaking with existing customers regarding billing issues, assessing their payment options and reassessing their current plans, promoting new products which will add value to their package. You will be required to provide excellent customer care and build rapport with each customer in a professional manner An excellent telephone presence is essential and although customer service experience is preferable we welcome applications from candidates who have strong retail and hospitality backgrounds. You will need a friendly disposition and the ability to actively listen to customers and respond accordingly. The working hours for this position are 37.5 hours per work and you MUST be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8am - 6pm. No Sunday Working!The hourly rate is GBP7.67 p/h and this will be a permanent contracy Please note you will need to pass a credit and CRB check if successful
