This fast paced inbound customer service role is located in our Huddersfield office, where on average we handle more than 18,000 calls per day. You'll be able to take ownership and build fantastic rapport with each and every customer throughout their journey with us, whether they are new to the business, have policies with us already or potentially looking at leaving us. With your friendly, approachable and professional skills you will be one step closer to making each customer feel special. In this 100% phone based role you'll deal with varied queries, always keeping the customer at the forefront of every call and trying to keep them coming back to us, year on year! About the office: So, where are we exactly? You may be familiar with what used to be an old mill just outside of Huddersfield town centre. This fantastic building has been transformed into a very beautiful office where our employees enjoy natural light coming through the windows whilst interacting with each and every customer they speak to on the phone. About You You'll be quick to pick up new things and be interested in solving problems, including suggesting new ideas to help improve our current working practises. Ideally you'll have experience with customers whether that's face-to-face or over the phone, but the end result will look the same with customers leaving satisfied. Having knowledge of working towards targets and good use of PC skills will also help you within this role The Details Start Date - Monday 9th January 2017Hours - 37.5 hours per week on an 8 week rolling rota. You would work 3 in 8 Saturdays and 2 in 8 Sundays with the occasional bank holiday.Shifts - Monday-Friday between 8am-9pm. Weekends and Bank Holidays between 8am-5pm.
