We are now recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a vibrant and friendly team based in Hemel Hempstead. This role will offer the successful candidates the opportunity to work with a nationwide leader within its industry and the chance to build on your customer service skills. Our client will offer an extensive 2 week training programme for candidates and the opportunity of 3 months of working for such a highly reputable team! We are looking for candidates than can commit to a minimum of 3 months work and available for work immediately. We want to find those candidates that pride themselves on their customer service delivery as well as having the ability to work in a supportive team. All candidates must have excellent communication and listening skills. Previous expereince in a similar environment is desirable however not essential so this would be a great opportunity for Graduates or school leavers. Duties include: Answering incoming calls to enquiring customersOffering advice to customers - new and existingMaintain CRM system with accurate data entryProcessing bookings and paymentsDealing with sales or related enquiriesEnsuring an excellent service is providedBuild an exceptional level of repoire with customers Candidate requirements: Strong communication skillsStrong written and verbal skillsComputer literateTeam playerPrevious experience in an inbound call centre - desirablePrevious experience in a customer facing role - desirable Candidates will be required to work on a shift pattern which will include 1 day of working at the weekend which will allow 1 day off during the week. Our client has opening times of 9am-9pm so please bear this in mind when making an application.
