My client is a large, multi service law firm who are recognised by the Legal 500. Based in the city centre of Manchester, this reputable firm now seeks a Residential Property Fee Earner to join their existing Property department.
The Residential Property Fee Earner must have a minimum of 2 years' experience to handle fast paced Residential Conveyancing matters, with an emphasis on short term lending and bridging finance. The successful candidate must be able to work to strict deadlines and provide excellent client care. In addition, the Residential Property Fee Earner will possess the ability to handle a case from inception to completion and experience dealing with short term lending and bridging finance in great depth.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience
• You must be able to handle fast paced Residential Conveyancing matters
• You must be able to work to strict deadlines and provide excellent client care
• You must have the ability to handle a case from inception to completion
