ROLE OVERVIEW: We know that Induction Training is absolutely vital for our new starters. Good induction training ensures new starters are retained, and then settled in quickly and happily to a productive role. Induction training is more than skills training. On the point of values and philosophy, induction training offers a wonderful early opportunity to establish clear foundations and expectations in terms of ethics, integrity, corporate social responsibility, and all the other converging concepts in this area that are the bedrock of all good modern responsible organisations. As the LDM Onboarding and Induction you will be responsible in ensuring that induction training is properly planned and managed. You are a key support person for them during their first few weeks and months in Our organisation. An induction training plan must be issued to each new employee, before the new employee starts, and copied to everyone in the organisation who's involved in providing the training, so the new starter and everyone else involved can see what's happening and that everything is included. Creating and issuing a suitable induction plan for each new starter will help them do their job better and quicker, and with less dependence on your time in the future. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: As an LDM Onboarding and Induction you will design create, develop and execute the Induction Programme using blended learning alternatives and will include: Enhance the existing Envision Elavon global one-day Induction Programme by providing our new employees with a comprehensive understanding of all the key areas that they will interact with as part of their daily roles. This will be role specific and include some/all of the following areas: Pricing, Product, Credit and Risk, Finance, Operations departments (Fraud, Chargebacks, Payment Exceptions, Boarding etc. Building an effective process to ensure all mandatory training relating to health and safety and other essential regulatory, compliance or legal areas are completed. Training evaluation - to Kirkpatrick Level 5, and including ROI, paying particular attention to the transference and application of learning. On-going Coaching touch points, and refreshers relevant to the role On-going review mechanisms to ensure training materials are up-to-date on all mediums offered with the relevant SME's Where applicable, field and site based observations You will need to be a passionate L&D professional dedicated to ensuring groups of newly hired people develop a rapid sense of belonging and engagement to Elavon.
