Everything is fresh, and everything is made on site, from scratch every day. The Role We are looking for TandooriChef de Parties who is use to working in a very busy restaurant. You must be use to working at speed in a busy kitchen as we do over 2,000 covers a week. You will be working in a brigade of 14 chefs. No temping chefs, you need to be of high calibre and have the right attitude and have experience of cooking all fresh food and have Level 2 NVQ or equivalent. Need a real hunger to learn and a good work ethic.
