iRecruit Specialist are working with a growing company based in Basingstoke who are looking for a Recruitment Advisor who will oversee all recruitment activity across the management population of the business. You will manage the candidate journey through the entire recruitment process, from point of application up to offer stage. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: ?? Liaising with hiring managers, the wider HR team and key business leads ?? Source high quality candidates through various channels who match our client's necessary skills and experience ?? Look to continuously improve the selection approach, including creatively designing and implementing new assessment centre materials and interview packs that meet the needs of individual vacancies. ?? Ensuring job requisitions are correctly raised and authorised ?? Conducting full and detailed job briefings with line managers ?? Designing and writing job adverts ?? Successfully advertising vacancies via internal and external channels - assessing various recruitment methods and selecting the most appropriate routes to market for each role ?? Assessing candidate applications and screening them against the job requirements ?? Reviewing the recruitment materials to be used for each vacancy to ensure they are fit for purpose ?? Providing interview coaching and training to line managers and internal candidates where needed ?? Providing candidates with appropriate and constructive feedback ?? Making candidate offers and assisting in the production of offer letters ?? Liaising with external suppliers where required You will need to take a proactive approach to recruitment, like creating talent pools and pipelines for future requirements. You will also be expected to establish an extensive network of high potential external talent that our client would look to bring into the business. Building relationships with a range of hiring managers, HR teams and key senior stakeholders across the organisation is also key. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: ?? Previous experience within a recruitment role - in house experience desirable but not essential ?? Experience at recruiting a variety of support function roles (i.e. HR, Finance, IT, etc.) - additional ?? Excellent communication and relationship building skills ?? Ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders, with the confidence and conviction to make decisions ?? Ability to manage difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback to candidates ?? Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ?? Excellent eye for detail ?? Flair for innovation and the ability to be involved in projects when required ?? Good grasp of producing and interpreting MI ?? Proactive approach towards ensuring that our client achieves continuous improvement culture You will require a Full UK driving license for this role as it will involve national travel and overnight stays.
