Apprentice Customer Relationship Representative - Parts
Stoke on Trent Depot

As a Customer Relationship Apprentice you will be supporting the Parts function at the depot through the up selling and delivery of parts and service products whilst providing excellent customer service.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure goods and services are supplied to Retail and Workshop customers including pre-picking and pre-ordering to ensure maximum efficiency of the department.
• To form appropriate relationships with customers, to gain their confidence and identify their requirements in order to conclude a sale
• Respond to customer's verbal, written and telephone enquiries
• Handle complaints raised by customers and resolve these with Management liaison to mutual satisfaction of customers and Company
• To be able to help and control stock inventory by following the appropriate systems and procedures
• Commitment to follow a structured training path leading to the achievement of a recognised national qualification
Essential Qualification needs

• A 'can do' attitude
• Ability to quickly grasp fundamentals of position and prioritise job function
• Professional telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure
• Good customer facing skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Clean driving licence
• Ability to understand customer requests and to adapt to the changing working practices of the Company
• Ability to promote and generate sales
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal. Ability to read and interpret documents, lists and maps
• Previous experience an advantage but not essential
