The Role Senior Customer Consultant of the Port Talbot and Porthcawl branch, this is a rare opportunity to join a potential flag ship branch of the business. This role reports directly to the Senior Branch Manager and the purpose of this role is to operate as part of a wider distribution team, delivering outstanding service to members to support Recommended Every Day (RED) ethos. As Senior Customer Consultant, you are at the heart of your local community and offer a friendly and professional point of contact to customers. You will build relationships in order to better understand the customer requirements and compliantly offer and provide products and services that are tailored to their needs. You will deputise and carry out agreed Management responsibilities when required. Salary and Benefits ?? Basic salary from GBP17,000 ??
