Lettings Negotiator required for a national estate agency 35k in your first year!
Based in their head office in Canary Wharf our client are a national estate agency that arent your typical agency.
You will have around 1-2 years experience as a proven Lettings Negotiator having hit and surpassed your targets, looking to join a forward thinking growing company with bags of ambition.
Responsibilities include:
* Qualifying potential tenants
* Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
* Keeping your collection of applicants updated at all times
* Arranging and carrying out viewings of available properties
* Negotiating offers
* Taking references
* Giving feedback to landlords on their properties
* Delivering the highest levels of customer service to landlords and tenants
