Whitehill Pelham are recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to join a forward thinking scientific organisation based South of Cambridge on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for business partnering a specific client group as well as providing input into the HR strategy and rolling out new initiatives. The team work in a true business partner approach you will provide a full generalist service to the business assisting the people managers and senior team to reach the business objectives.
You will play a key role in reaching the objectives through providing a comprehensive HR Service, which will include, providing practical and proactive employee relations advice and coaching, and providing training sessions (lunch & learns) on all things people management.
The ideal candidate will have their level 5 or above in HR Management and have a strong track record of providing a high level advisory service to a professional workforce. You will have detailed knowledge of employment law and a practical approach to its application.
