Consulting Role - Engineering Graduate - Autumn 2017 Start
Location: Cambridge
Salary: circa GBP27K to GBP30K with excellent benefits
Our client is a consultancy that focusses on generating business growth for their customers through innovation. Candidates must possess a high BSc / MSc from a leading University in an Engineering related discipline. PhD level candidates will be considered.
The anticipated start date is Autumn 2017.

Our client works on innovation projects with many large employers. They provide an intellectual, friendly and informal working environment.
Role:
The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team of consultants, addressing challenging projects and producing innovative recommendations.
You will be expected to gain a detailed understanding of a specific customer requirement and to explore a range of technical solutions. Team members will apply their academic knowledge to real-world commercial problems.
Consultants are likely to become involved in project management and to gain account management responsibilities.
Requirements:
Candidates will have studied underpinning principles of mechanical engineering in detail (statics, dynamics, materials, thermofluid mechanics, mathematics). They will have a broad understanding of engineering that spans a range of disciplines (electrical engineering, electronics, aerothermal, structural, civil, information, manufacturing, control etc.).
Candidates must be able to travel in UK, Europe and USA
