GBP15-25,000 pa, Administrator, in Bridgend for a Worldwide company Your new companyYou will be working for a worldwide company, based in Bridgend, who have been around for several years. The company are specialists within their area, and offer excellent services to all their customers and clients. Due to expansion and promotion opportunities, they are now looking for an experience and committed Administrator to join their team and provide an efficient service.Your new roleYou will be working with the shipping department, dealing with Administration tasks and support colleagues, as well as the manager. You will be responsible for contract administration, undertaking the following:- database entry, arranging deliveries to buyers, issuing documents, supporting various departments, maintain a professional relationship with suppliers, buyers, warehouses and banks, as well as further adhoc and general administration tasks.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be an experienced administrator, with a relevant background in: trading/ construction/ manufacturing, dealing and liaising with customers worldwide. You will also need GCSE's in Maths and English C and above, confident IT skills and specific experience within Word and Excel, great communication skills able to build lasting relationships, and competent with numbers and figures. As a person you will need to be diligent, proactive and pay particular attention to detail, as well as a team player who is able to commit to the company and show determination.
