Medirest is part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, who provide a full range of Hotel Services (including staff, patient and visitors catering, domestics, portering and security) at over 130 NHS Trust and private hospitals Main responsibilities The Marks and Spencers team at Bradford Royal Infirmary, are looking for an enthusiastic In-Store Baker Supervisors to join their team! We are looking for people who have a passion for food and customer service. We have the following vacancies available: 16 hours per week30 hours per week35 hours per week All vacancies require candidates to be fully flexible, and therefore you will be expected to work weekends where required by the business. Hours of work will be between 6am - 9.30pm - worked on a shift basis. Typical responsibilities include: Ensure that the sales/floor team are delivering great customer service by completing the service observations and giving priority to the customer service required on the department. Make sure that the required standards of attitude and shop-keeping standards are met by the completion of the daily tasks giving time and accountability to achieve the required checks. E.g .HSE, HACCP etcRespond and deal with questions, concerns and complaints from customers, offering the best resolution to the situation.Support your section manager to control and manage the sales floor staffing models, holiday planning and booking, assisting the section manager to deliver the right people, in the right place, at the right time.Develop a clear understanding and actively contribute to the till management strategy for your department, improving results, delivering till checks and supporting the section manager with bag and locker checks.Implement layouts accurately. Action guidelines. Maintain pricing and ticketing standards and assist with the compilation of the weekly compliance.Balance the needs of the section that you are coordinating with the needs of the whole store.Allocate tasks and follow up progress with Customer Assistants working on the section.Respond to mail, questions and feedback from Store or HO management.Support the section manager to deliver the Working Week Targets.
