Credit Controller

My client is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their finance team. You will take sole responsibility for managing your own customer accounts and ensuring that payment schedules are met whilst building effective customer relationships. Key duties include: Ensuring outstanding debts are paid in a timely manner by contacting customers by telephone and emailResolving customer queriesCash allocation and managing payments from customers including the processing of debit/credit card transactionsIssuing letters and statements This role requires a self-motivated and organised individual with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and all areas of the business to ensure DSO is kept to a minimum.
