Product Development Manager / Leather Goods / FMCG / Bath / 35-45k
My client is a fast-growing luxury homewares company, looking to expand one of their categories. They are currently recruiting for a Product Manager with exceptional experience in leather to join their head office team.
As a Product Manager you will work closely with the design, production, and Creative director to provide costing solutions throughout the development process, attend range review meetings, advise on material suitability to product and ensure the consistency of leather wastage across the supply base to achieve best possible costs. Reporting directly to the Category Manager and Creative Director, assisting with costing exercises, you will also work closely with the production team throughout all stages from proto to production.
The ideal applicant must have previous product development, production or product construction experience working across accessories, leather goods or footwear for a luxury or premium retailer. You must have exceptional knowledge of leather. Possessing strong costings, analytical and problem solving skills with advanced I.T skills.
