Project Co-ordinator - Telecoms

Product Knowledge required: - SIP/ DATA/ WLR / Network Services
Location: Dorking / Reigate / Redhill area
Salary up to £30,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Our client established for over 10+ years is a market leader in business telecommunications services and provides a complete bespoke range of telecommunications solutions.

In line with ongoing expansion and continued business success, there is now a requirement for an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join their team. It is essential for this role that the successful candidate has a proven track in Telecoms / Project Co-ordination for a Telecoms company and has product knowledge in areas such as WLR, SIP, Data, ADSL & Network servics.

The role will include:

*Responsible for co-ordinating projects implementing various Network Services.
*Processing orders and complex orders for customers and channel Partners.
Managing group email inbox ensuring customer responses are met within agreed company SLA's expectations.
*Processing all allocated orders.
* Understanding the scope of the project/order.
*Verifying the agreed Network Solution is validated as per the signed order and technical requirements.
*Set up project plans to implement all aspects of the agreed Network Solution order through to completion.
* Set communication strategy ensuring key contacts are advised of expectations and lead times.
*Ensuring Company and individual agreed KPI are met.
*Maintain effective communication with all customers/suppliers and partners. Any communication either verbal or electronic needs to be kept updated within the company CRM database.
*Ensure Customers/ suppliers and partners are dealt with in a professional polite and courteous manner at all times, dealing with enquiries within agreed timeframes and ensuring that these are met. Ensure expectations are set and managed with customers. Follow relevant communication and escalation paths with all Network Partners and Suppliers.
