We are looking for hardworking and driven individuals to join this worldwide organisation as Business Development Managers. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in telesales, lead generation and/or appointment setting.

The Package:

• £20,000 - £50,000 per annum (OTE)
• Flight out to Dubai
• Your first months accommodation
• AED 6400 per month (AED 3400 basic salary + AED 3400 retainer from future commissions)
• 20% commission on all business processed
• Tax Free Earnings
• VISA

The Company:

An independently-owned firm of private Wealth Managers with headquarters in Dubai. This role to promote and sell the financial planning service to clients on behalf of the Wealth Managers, Assistant Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents. The Company have connections with some of the biggest and best financial brands in the world, enabling them to offer the fullest range of solutions from across the entire market. As a company they treat everyone individually, offer bespoke advice and provide personally tailored financial solutions based on your needs.

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager your key responsibilities will include proactively seeking out new business, liaising with potential and existing clients and working alongside your Wealth Manager to develop their client base. You will be required to book appointments through telesales and attend regular business and networking events, as well as generating and attracting new business leads and develop new clientele by networking and prospecting. The role involves selling various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, these include automobile, fire, life, property, medical and dental insurance.
