This family-owned international publishing company specialising in business, industry and technology, has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a go getting Sales Manager to join their well established Sales Team based in Victoria London.
They are very proud of their excellent reputation and magazine heritage, with over 50 years in the market place. The world, however, does not stand still and today they also have an expanding portfolio of websites, conferences and events designed to meet their clients' changing media requirements.
With a media sales background, specifically in magazines and online advertising, the successful candidate will have managed small teams and have the ability to get the best out of all personalities.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of working with teams to enhance overall revenues, while keeping a keen eye on your own. Always looking for opportunities to maximise profits and meet targets you will thrive in an office based sales environment and be willing to put the hard work in to achieve financial success.
This role is hands on with the need for someone to be part of the management team whose core values demonstrate accountability, commerciality and professionalism.
The ability to travel is absolutely essential as you will be required to attend trade shows, events and potentially other offices.
Exhibition, delegate and /or sponsorship sales would be an added bonus as they look at expanding their events team and this could be a career development opportunity for the right person.
