Purpose of position
To provide and maintain the electronic call monitoring software to monitor service user call visits. To work in partnership with care staff and service users by ensuring that the service users are receiving a good standard of service, and to maintain communication with call monitors, call monitor line manager, care staff and service users.

Principal responsibilities
-To ensure that all care staff are logging in and out before and after their calls.
-To maintain the communication between on call duty, care staff and service users.
-To ensure that all service users received their call as per their visit schedule.
-To deal with any concerns, queries from both the care staff and service users, and to ensure that the query is dealt with appropriately.
-To ensure that care is delivered in a timely manner, and all delays are actioned appropriately.
-Adhere to the organisations policies and procedures at all times
-Assistance with general administration tasks
-Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required by the company.
