Maintenance Supervisor

Working for part of Cambridge University, and opportunity for a temporary Senior Building Services Technician has arisen.

You will be required to:

· Manage and supervise the mechanical and electrical services and engineers

· Be responsible for the diagnosis of repairs for mechanical and electrical equipment

· Establish systems to plan routine inspections

· Liaise with contractors

· Have NVQ Level 3 mechanical or electrical qualification

· Have working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation

Salary and package:

· £14.49 per hour

· 36.5 hours per week

· Minimum 2 months work
