This is an exciting opportunity to join this leading provider of digital patient engagement and data capture solutions for clinical research and healthcare providers. They use smart phone and tablet technology to drive their cutting edge product range.

This is a client facing, commercial role. The Contracts Administrator is required to ensure 100% customer focused service is delivered at all times. The post holder is responsible for supporting the internal contracting function, including the Change in Scope (CIS) process, review of NDA contracts, and other contract-types, where applicable. The role would suit an experienced contracts admin or someone starting their career in commercial and contract law.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Administrator is part of the Business Operations team. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for providing support throughout the contracting process. The role requires a well-organised, client focused and flexible team player, who interacts with others at all levels in a friendly, professional and confidential manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To prepare and track proposal, pricing and contract documentation for clients, suppliers and partners,
- To facilitate and support the contracts process, liaising between Finance, Business Development and Project Management as required, to effectively transition CIS' into invoicable Contracts
- To proactively manage the CIS contract administration process, liaising with Project Management and entering all relevant data into the appropriate Dropbox folders and updating Salesforce
- Draft and review CIS documentation, NDA and other contract types (where necessary)
- Ensure internal preparation and finalisation of contracts to meet time and outcome expectations

Skills

Technical
Competence in more than one of the following technical/job specific skills:
- Understanding of Commercial Contract Law
- Experience with NDA-type agreements
- Ability to confidently communicate at all levels

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Client focused approach, utilizing knowledge and experience, demonstrating outstanding levels of diplomacy and tact
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

- Willingness to work in a matrix environment and values the importance of teamwork
- Clear understanding of the 'drug development' processes specifically relating to clinical trial execution and the application of technology to support study workflow would be advantageous
- Able to problem solve effectively and generate innovative ideas, in turn translating them into practical solutions

Education and Experience
- Educated to a minimum of GCE Advanced Level preferably in Law or an applicable commercial discipline
and/or
- Relevant work experience gained in a Commercial office
