Job Title: Lecturer in Plumbing

Location: Kings Langley, Herts, WD4 

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum pro-rata depending on qualifications and experience

Working hours: Full-time

The School of Engineering is looking for a Plumbing Lecturer who can impart their essential skills to their students both in the workshop and classroom.

They are looking for someone with excellent practical vocational skills, backed up by the required theoretical knowledge to teach their Level 1-3 learners. You must be passionate about the trade and able to prepare their students for the world of work.

The ideal candidate will need to have the relevant Level 3 qualifications. An assessor’s qualification or verifier’s qualification would be advantageous, but if you are willing to complete this training they would still like to hear from you.

Alongside this you will need to keep detailed records and track outcomes using the appropriate college systems.

This position would be ideal for someone with a flair for passing on their knowledge to others and the enthusiasm to support our learners through their qualifications and apprenticeships.

You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching.

This is a full-time post based at our industry specific facility in Kings Langley.
