New Business Sales Representative
Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire (RG9 5LA)

Our client is a long-established business providing total roofing solutions to both domestic and commercial clients, and as part of their extensive expansion plans they are currently recruiting for an experienced representative to join the busy, friendly team.

You will ideally be currently involved in the construction/roofing industry, or have good working knowledge. Prior experience in the roofing industry would be a definite advantage.

Primary responsibilities and duties:

  • Seek out new business and lead generation
  • Visiting existing and new clients
  • Create ongoing long-term business relationships face to face
  • Develop and maintain the CRM database
  • Report daily and weekly activity through agreed reporting formats
  • Calls will be organised, managed and monitored

Key skills and experience required:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B lead generation
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Drive and initiative to obtain results
  • Excellent confident manner, courteous, professional, pleasant, and able to speak clearly and appropriately with potential and existing clients
  • Good organisational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Previous experience of working in a construction-related environment desirable
  • Computer literacy and expertise in recording information and use of databases/spreadsheets
  • Full, clean driving licence - company car provided during working hours

Hours of work:
Full-time - 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday
